C3 Lighting Menu Systems Division green manufacturing begins with our design process, and an assessment as to whether each step in our process meets “green” standards. We use only biodegradable, renewable and recyclable materials in our production processes. As our design process evolves, our engineers make sure that each product is functional, cost-effective and easy to disassemble and recycle at the product’s end-of-life. Our products are all manufactured in an environmentally benign and energy-conscious atmosphere. We have implemented consequent waste reduction and resource recycling, along with a Research & Development focus on energy-saving products and avoidance of raw materials considered harmful.

All aluminum, plastic and paper remnants are recycled or cut down to the next appropriate size and salvaged.

The only surface coating used by Advanced Menu Systems is environmentally friendly powder coating, which is applied in closed loop recycling systems.

Dust and cutting particles are collected and recycled.

All paper products used in production, packaging and storage is manufactured from at least 70% recycled cellulose.

Metal banding straps have been replaced with plastic, which can be reused and recycled after reuse.

Damaged products are used for samples rather than being recycled.

All batteries used by the maintenance department, and in production and office equipment are recycled.

All pallets are reused, repaired when possible and recycled when no longer reusable.

To minimize energy costs lighting is on timers and motion detectors where appropriate.

Continuous efforts are being made to explore production processes and product designs that reduce environmental impact and save energy.
